This edition of Notes and Comments, the internal party publication of the Workers’ Party joins another in the Archive. This one from the 1986 has a range of articles within dealing with a diverse selection of issue from Water Rates, the Divorce Referendum to Associate Membership. Notable on the issue of the Divorce Referendum is the point made that ‘this will remain a burning issue’. And it asks members to ‘look at the people you worked with in the Divorce Action Group and if your branch feels they should be with us ask them to join.’
It notes: We must win all of the working class to our programme and feel confident to argue our positions with anyone.
