The Workers’ and Unemployed Action Group is a political party based in Tipperary, originally set up in 1985. It has been represented at county and town council levels in Tipperary, and in the Dáil by Séamus Healy. Prior to the 2011 general election, the WUAG joined the United Left Alliance, with Healy being elected to the Dáil under that banner, but left in 2012 after disputes over support for Independent TD, Mick Wallace,
