The Cork Communist Organisation (CCO) was a split from the Irish Communist Organisation (ICO - which went on to become the British & Irish Communist Organisation). The CCO was made up mostly of Saor Éire (Cork) members who had merged with the ICO previously. Politically they were Marxist-Leninist and republican.
